Win is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations within our shelter programs and ensure a safe, secure, and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors. In this leadership role, you will supervise Security Guards and Residential Aides, coordinate emergency preparedness efforts, investigate incidents, and support day-to-day shelter operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Supervise, coach, train, and support Residential Aides and Security Guards during assigned shifts.
Assist with the intake process and help orient new residents to the shelter environment.
Identify residents with immediate service needs and connect them to appropriate support staff.
Conduct routine patrols of the shelter, surrounding property, and perimeter.
Monitor facility safety and ensure compliance with security procedures and house rules.
Coordinate and conduct fire drills, roll calls, emergency evacuations, and related training.
Investigate incidents, gather information, and prepare detailed written reports.
Provide crisis intervention and notify appropriate leadership of actions taken.
