  • Supervisory experience with uniformed security staff is preferred.
  • A background in security or safety operations in logistics, fulfillment, or industrial environments is also desirable.
  • Experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is preferred.
  • Candidates should have a solid understanding of emergency protocols, safety standards, and personnel training.
  • All pre-employment screenings and local licensing requirements must be successfully completed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site leadership and oversight for all assigned security personnel.
  • Act as the main liaison between M1 Global and the client facility management.
  • Be available for weekend work.
  • Schedule second-shift timings.
  • Train and oversee staff on emergency responses, evacuation procedures, HAZMAT protocols, fire safety, and incident reporting.
  • Ensure full compliance with M1 Global's policies, protocols, and standards.
  • Perform site inspections and document risks, incidents, and safety issues.
  • Report findings promptly and professionally to the client and M1 Global leadership.
  • Support emergency response efforts, incident management, and operational preparedness.
  • Manage security equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
  • Build collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication protocols for smooth coordination.
