POSITION DETAILS:
Security Site & Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Mount Pocono, PA
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Available Schedule: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Weekend Availability Required | Part-Time | 2-3 Days in Office + Additional Field Shifts Available
We are hiring a dependable and organized Security Site & Scheduling Coordinator to support daily security operations.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate security officers and interviews
- Fill open shifts and assist with last-minute staffing needs
- Conduct field inspections and support officers
- Communicate with clients and address service needs
- Complete reports and assist with onboarding and training
Requirements:
- Security, supervisory, scheduling, or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills
- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
This is a part-time position with 2-3 scheduled office days per week. Additional security shifts may be available in the field, providing an opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week based on available shifts.
