We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Security Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at a designated client site, ensuring the safety of people, property, and assets.Position Summary:The Security Site Manager is responsible for managing all on-site security personnel, maintaining a high level of service delivery, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents and client needs.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all security operations at the assigned siteSupervise and support a team of security officers, ensuring proper training and performanceServe as the primary contact for client representatives at the siteEnsure compliance with post orders, protocols, and safety regulationsPrepare officer schedules and ensure proper staffing at all timesConduct regular site inspections and patrols to maintain service standardsAddress and report any incidents, emergencies, or client concerns promptlyManage performance issues, including coaching, counseling, and discipline as neededSubmit daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift summariesMaintain a professional, visible presence and uphold the company's valuesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or management training preferred2+ years of experience in security, including supervisory or site management rolesExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if requiredProficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, scheduling tools)Benefits:Health insurancePaid time offUniforms and equipment providedOpportunities for advancement and professional development
