Security Site Supervisor - Residential

Location: Ruther Glen, VA

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay: $22.00 per hour

We are seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations for a residential community in Ruther Glen, VA. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in the security industry, strong communication skills, and experience using workforce management/reporting systems such as TrackTik or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support security officers assigned to the residential community
  • Ensure all post orders, patrols, and reporting procedures are followed
  • Conduct property patrols and respond to incidents as needed
  • Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation
  • Monitor staffing, attendance, and shift coverage
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related issues
  • Use workforce management/reporting systems for scheduling, reporting, and tracking officer activity
  • Maintain professional interaction with residents, guests, and property management

Requirements

  • Active Virginia DCJS Security Officer License (Guard Card) required
  • Previous security supervisor experience required
  • Prior security experience in residential communities preferred
  • Experience with TrackTik preferred, or similar systems such as Trackforce, THERMS, or related security workforce management software
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
  • Must be able to pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing teams in residential or HOA environments
  • Familiarity with mobile patrol operations and digital reporting systems
  • Conflict resolution and customer service experience
