SAIC is looking for a Security Specialist to help support one of our premier clients in Washington, DC
Job Duties:
- Provide support to the Emergency Management area of DHS S&T
- Plan, develop, and support assistance with implementation, and maintenance of DHS/S&T''s COOP, devolution plan, and reconstitution plan with associated annexes within the Directorate''s Continuity Program
- Plan, develop, and support assistance with implementation of the DHS/S&T COOP training, exercises, and drills
- Establish and maintain the DHS/S&T Continuity Program based on a multi-year strategy and program management plan (to include risk management) in accordance with applicable Federal requirements, specifically Federal Continuity Directives 1 & 2 and the Federal Mission Resilience Strategy
- Participate in required emergency programs working groups including, but not limited to: the Inter-Agency Continuity Working Group, the DHS Continuity Working Group, and the DHS Security Emergency Preparedness Working Group
Qualifications
Required:
- BS and 6 years of related experience (4 years experience in lieu of degree)
- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship
- Knowledge of security with DHS and Federal requirements for Inter Agency continuity
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
