The Security Supervisor is responsible for leadership and oversight within Security Services and Parking Services operations. This includes, but is not limited to, managing crisis situations, personnel, financials, and fostering an environment highly supportive of safety, teamwork, and superior service.

As a Security Supervisor, you will:

  • Provide dynamic leadership and daily operational oversight for Security and Parking Services.
  • Confidently manage crisis situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and composure.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to perform at their best.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and financial responsibilities.
  • Promote a culture rooted in safety, accountability, teamwork, and superior customer service.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clinical and operational leaders across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in law enforcement or security.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and eligible for company driving permit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelors degree in criminal justice, business, emergency management or related field

Obtained during employment if not currently holding:

  • Certifications in CPR, De-Escalation, Patient Restraint, Handcuff, Pepper Spray/JPX, BWC, and TASER (within 6 months).
  • IAHSS Certified Healthcare Security Supervisor (within 18 months).
  • Obtain a Conceal Carry Permit (within 6 months).
