Job Description
Required Qualifications
- security officer and/or security clerk experience
- must be at least 20 years of age with a valid driver’s license
- working knowledge of Word, Access, Excel and Outlook
- able to withstand walking and standing for long periods of time
- excellent supervisory skills
- able to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended periods of time
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- able to use a two-way radio
- able to work well with others and be a team member
- enthusiasm, initiative, pride in work and a
- commitment to Publix and our Mission.
Preferred Qualifications
- three (3) years security experience
- one (1) year of general supervisory experience
- possess a Class "D" Security Officer's License or independently obtain a Class "D" Security Officer's License within 90 days of the hire date.
