Supervisor Responsibilities:


+ Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.


+ Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management.


+ Train and supervise staff on:

+ + Emergency response procedures


+ Evacuation protocols


+ Hazmat guidelines


+ Fire safety measures


+ Injury and incident reporting processes





+ Ensure full compliance with M1 Global’s internal policies, protocols, and performance standards.


+ Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.


+ Report findings to both client and Metro One leadership in a timely, professional manner.


+ Support the performance of emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.


+ Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.


+ Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.


+ Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination.





Qualifications and Requirements:


+ Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff is required.


+ Background in security or safety operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.


+ Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required.


+ Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.


+ Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.

Requirements


+ Develop and demonstrate strong multi-tasking, observation, customer service


+ Operate and communicate effectively


+ Must have a valid/active Security Guard Card BSIS


+ Must have reliable form of transportation to and from assigned workstations.


+ Have or the ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid, AED Card
