The Security Supervisor provides leadership and hands-on support to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment for residents, guests and team members. This working leader oversees daily security operations while actively patrolling and protecting community property in alignment with Sunrise service standards. What You'll Do: • Supervise and support security team members in daily operations • Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds and parking areas • Monitor doors, gates and access points for safety and security • Investigate incidents, complete reports and respond to emergencies • Coordinate with local police, fire and emergency responders as needed • Enforce safety protocols, OSHA standards and risk management policies • Secure and unlock community areas per policy • Assist residents with after-hours escorts and package delivery • Maintain security logs, equipment inventory and daily documentation • Support transportation needs when required • Coach, train and develop security team members What We're Looking For: • High School diploma or GED required • 3+ years related security or safety experience preferred • Strong communication and report-writing skills • Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security documentation systems • Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (if applicable) Security Supervisor - Lead Safety Operations and Protect Our Community Security Supervisor | Security Officer | Safety | Loss Prevention | Security Operations | Team Leadership
Pay Range:
19.65 - 24.60
