Location: Cleveland, OH / Cincinnati, OH / Albany, NY / Buffalo, NY / Remote

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000/year

Job Summary

We are looking for a Security Support Analyst with strong technical voice support experience to provide L1/L1.5 support for user authentication and security-related issues. The ideal candidate should have experience troubleshooting Passkey, MFA, authentication, device registration, and user access issues, along with excellent customer communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L1.5 technical voice support to end users.
• Support migration from Transmit BindID to Passkey authentication.
• Troubleshoot Passkey enrollment, authentication, device registration, and access issues.
• Resolve credential synchronization and cross-device authentication problems.
• Follow SOPs to investigate and resolve user issues.
• Deliver excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in rotational shifts and on-call support when required.

Required Skills

• Experience in technical voice support/help desk/service desk.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
• Basic knowledge of CIAM, MFA, Passkeys, FIDO2/WebAuthn, REST APIs, and Transmit Security (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
