About this position:

iWorks is seeking a Senior Security Support Specialist to serve as a security subject matter expert supporting personnel security operations and program management initiatives.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.

Salary Range: 95k-105k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

1. Lead personnel security program activities.
2. Provide expert guidance on security policies and compliance matters.
3. Support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
4. Review reports, metrics, and operational performance.
5. Mentor and guide junior personnel.
6. Coordinate complex security issues with stakeholders.

Required Education/Qualifications:

• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive personnel security experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and program management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience.
