About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Security Systems Administrator to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to supporting physical security technology operations, administering and troubleshooting platforms, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure reliable operations in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Client Pro-Watch and Client MAXPRO systems.
• Support Volt AI analytics and maintain configuration and maintenance records.
• Coordinate repairs and system enhancements.
• Assist with audits, inspections, product integrity activities, and incident reviews.

Requirements

• Associate degree in information technology, security technology, electronics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three or more years of experience supporting electronic security, access control, video management, or closely related technology.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, databases, endpoints, and network-connected devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and service request or ticket-management processes.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience with physical security systems administration.
• Knowledge of access control and credential management.
• Experience with video management systems and technical troubleshooting.
