+ Support Security Operations Center (SOC) environments and real-time monitoring capabilities

+ Lead root cause analysis for system failures, alarms, or incidents

+ Analyze system data trends and recommend continuous improvements

Maintenance & Lifecycle Management

+ Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all security systems

+ Support critical incident response through system readiness and reliability

Leadership & Training

+ Serve as a subject matter expert for physical security systems

+ Mentor engineers, technicians, and security personnel

+ Develop and deliver training for system operators and SOC staff

+ Promote a proactive, technology-driven security posture
