Catalyst Security Group Inc. is seeking a motivated Experienced Field Service Technician to join our expanding Denver, CO team. This position is ideal for a low voltage technician skilled in CCTV, access control, and intrusion system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
You’ll perform hands-on work in the field, providing professional, high-quality security system services and ensuring total client satisfaction.
Install, service, and repair:
CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems
Access Control & Intrusion / Burglary Systems
Low Voltage Cabling (Cat5e, Cat6)
(Fiber Optic Cabling experience a plus)
Troubleshoot and test systems for optimal performance.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Complete service reports, maintain tools, and manage inventory.
Recommend upgrades and improvements for client systems.
3–5 years’ experience with low voltage security systems (required).
Strong troubleshooting and programming ability.
Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems.
Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
Proficient with mobile apps and digital tools.
Clean driving record, background check, and drug screen required.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in confined or elevated spaces. (Roofs, attics, ladders, lifts)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Teams a plus.
