Security Technician II

Belton, TX (projects throughout Central & North Texas)

Monday–Friday | Full Benefits | Career Growth

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing commercial security integrator serving airports, banks, logistics centers, high-value retail operations, and enterprise clients across Texas.

Over the past three years, the company has grown more than 50% year-over-year and continues expanding into new divisions including aerial/mobile surveillance and aviation-related services.

Unlike many integrators

  • All technicians are full-time employees (no subcontracting model)
  • Projects are commercial-grade (not residential alarm installs)
  • There is a structured in-house training lab for hands-on development
  • Employees work Monday–Friday
  • Clear pathways exist for advancement into leadership, programming, and project roles
  • Compensation of ~22-30/hour, depending upon experience

This is an opportunity for career-minded technicians who want stability, growth, and a professional environment.
