Description:

We are seeking a Senior Security Tech PM/Architect with 10 14 years of experience to design and lead complex Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will architect scalable solutions that unify application migration, risk analytics, reporting transformation, and enterprise risk workflows using ServiceNow, SAS, and SAP GRC. This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to work from the New York office.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end application migration architectures ensuring secure transitions while protecting data integrity and minimizing disruption to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) operations.
  • Design integrated GRC solutions aligned with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop reporting and analytics architectures that transform risk and control data into actionable business insights.
  • Lead migration of reporting platforms and data sources to modern analytics environments.
  • Architect scalable ServiceNow Risk Management solutions, including risk registers, control libraries, and issue management workflows.
  • Design and configure SAS Risk Management solutions for advanced risk calculations, scenario analysis, and operational risk management.
  • Build SAP GRC architectures supporting access controls, process controls, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of ServiceNow, SAS, and SAP GRC platforms with enterprise applications and identity management systems.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices for secure and resilient GRC platforms.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, resilience, and audit requirements.
  • Mentor project teams on risk data modeling, workflow orchestration, and integration best practices.
  • Develop architecture documentation, migration roadmaps, and operational support guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 10 14 years of relevant experience in Security Architecture and GRC platforms. Certified ServiceNow Risk and Compliance Specialist (or equivalent) preferred. SAS Risk Certification preferred. SAP GRC Professional Certification preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in enterprise-scale Governance, Risk, and Compliance transformation initiatives

Required Skills:

10 14 years of experience in Security Architecture, GRC, or Enterprise Architecture. Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/Risk Management. Experience with SAS Risk Management platforms.
