Job Position: Security Technician
Location: San Antonio, TX 78249
Pay Rate: $24 $27/hr

Job Duties
Install, terminate, and service access control systems, surveillance cameras, and intrusion devices
Pull and route low-voltage cabling and install support structures
Install and troubleshoot devices such as card readers, mag-locks, door contacts, REX devices, motion detectors, and cameras
Assist with panel installations and basic programming
Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and device layouts
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and system verification
Work independently or lead small crews when needed
Requirements
2+ years of experience installing commercial security systems
Experience with access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems
Ability to install and terminate low-voltage cabling and hardware with minimal supervision
Basic troubleshooting and service experience preferred
Experience reading blueprints and device maps
Reliable transportation and valid driver s license
Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Willingness to work days, nights, or weekends as project demands require
