Security Training Manager

• Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive training programs for all security staff, including new hires and tenured associates. 
• Ensure all security training meets local, state, and federal regulations, including requirements of the Michigan Gaming Control Board. 
• Maintain training records and documentation to support audits and inspections. 
• Remain current with changes in gaming laws, safety regulations, and industry standards. 
• Partner with Security Leadership to identify and address training needs. 
• Participate in emergency drills and operational readiness exercises. 
• Provide coaching and mentoring to security supervisors and officers. 
• Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance through assessments and observations. 
• Promote a culture of safety, security, and accountability across MotorCity Casino Hotel. 
• Recommend new technologies to enhance training delivery and operational effectiveness. 

Qualifications: 

• At least one (1) year of security or law enforcement experience. 
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and casino security operations preferred. 
• Expertise in adult learning principles and training delivery.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
