This position requires full-time on-site presence at the NAVAIR base in PAX River, MD.Travel10%ClearanceAn ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.RequirementsAt least five years' experience supporting naval platform integration laboratory environmentsExperience using electronic test instruments such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopesSignificant experience performing troubleshooting, replacement, and repair of electronic componentsExperience performing Test and Evaluation (T&E) of military systems or equipmentExperience using aircraft wiring diagrams and demonstrated knowledge of proper aircraft wiring rules and techniquesFamiliarity with Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) manualsAbility to lift and move heavy equipment with or without assistance (50+ lbs.)ResponsibilitiesMaintain configuration management laboratory assetsAssist with lab security requirementsPerform lab system maintenancePreferred Skills and ExperienceCompletion of Navy A/B/C schools or IPC certificationEducationBS in a technical discipline preferred but not requiredCompensationCompensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.The projected annual compensation range for this position is $79,000.00 -$107,000.00(USD).
