We are seeking an experienced Technical Manual Developer to join our Technical Writing team in support of cutting-edge U.S. Navy submarine systems. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of full-time experience developing Navy Technical Manuals, with a strong emphasis on the use of S1000D, and a passion for creating clear, mission-critical documentation. Prior experience developing Submarine Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) for AN/BQQ-10, AN/BYG-1, or AN/BLQ-10 systems is highly desirable. In this role, you will develop Electronic Technical Manuals for advanced Sonar, Combat, Weapons, and Electronics systems designed by GDMS—documentation that sailors rely on every day to keep warfighting submarines operational in the harshest environments.
