Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction, remodeling, or general contracting.
Proficiency in insulation installation, drywall installation, finishing, patching, and repair.
Experience with interior and exterior painting, including preparation, priming, and finishing.
Skilled in trim carpentry, including installation of baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings, and other finish carpentry.
Experience installing doors, and floating floors.
Experience installing cabients and tile is a plus but not required
Knowledge of framing, basic structural repairs, and general carpentry techniques.
Experience with tile installation, flooring, and other finish work is preferred.
Proficient in the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
Ability to accurately measure, estimate materials, and complete projects efficiently.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as lead or collaborate with a team.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license
We are seeking an experienced and dependable contractors to oversee and perform residential and/or commercial construction and renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of construction methods, and quality workmanship.
