Sage Landscaping and Design is a successful high-quality landscaping company located in beautiful Sequim, WA! For this position, we're looking for people who have a leadership mentality and a willingness to learn and work hard.
We're looking for people who:
- Have a willingness to learn and/or some knowledge of the skills to do the following projects:
- Frame small buildings (sheds, gazebos, arbors etc)
- Concrete pads
- Stepping stone paths and patios
- Paver and stone patios
- Block walls, rock walls, accent boulders
- Fences - cedar, deer and stock fences
- Job bidding - (will learn how to bid jobs from start to finish)
- Have the ability to delegate responsibilities and oversee a small crew
- Equipment operating experience preferred
- Are self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Can be a problem-solver
- Can think on their feet
Pay starts between $30-$45/hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with the potential to earn more. Benefits available include an employer matching savings program and 1 week paid vacation.
