Seeking Full-Time Preschool Teacher

The Role

We're looking for a qualified, joyful, and collaborative teacher to join our 2/3-year-old classroom as a full-time lead teacher. You'll co-teach alongside another teacher and aide, bringing your own energy, creativity, and care to a classroom full of curious little learners.

This is a closing position, after getting settled, you'll take on end-of-day responsibilities including final classroom checks and building lock-up.

What You'll Do

• Tune in to each child's individual interests, learning style, and pace — and let that guide your teaching
• Collaborate with your co-teacher to plan engaging, intentional activities and lessons
• Lead your own morning small group in phonics, math, science, and logic
• Supervise and engage children during outdoor play
• Communicate warmly and consistently with families through Brightwheel
• Show up reliably, on time, and ready to be present for your team and your students
• Bring genuine curiosity and a commitment to your own growth as an educator

What We're Looking For

• 12 ECE units (required)
• 1–2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children
• Some college coursework; early childhood education focus preferred
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A collaborative spirit, a warm presence, and a passion for early childhood education
