Position Overview

• Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay of $50 - $56 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, fluency, and voice assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative educational environment
