Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent NURSING in Northern Idaho 

Compensation: $20,000 Sign On Bonus

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at KD-Staffing. LLC in our Cath Lab department. This is a full-time, permanent position located in beautiful Northern Idaho. As a Cath Lab RN, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting in various cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in the Cath Lab setting

- Administer medications and monitor patients during procedures

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Educate patients and their families on procedures, medications and post-procedure care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current knowledge of best practices and advancements in the field

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Cath Lab or critical care setting

- Current BLS, ACLS & NIH Stroke

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

- Previous ICU, Emergency Department, or Cath Lab experience

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and work flexible hours as needed
