Role Profile
The Segment Market Manager is responsible to define and manage market strategies and activities that turn into profitable growth for the Cosmetics and Personal Care (CPC) market. Specifically, this role translates the market strategies into actionable market execution plans. Is accountable for the activities within assigned markets and delivers results within established strategies, including offer adjustments if needed. The Segment Market Manager for CPC leads a segment team of Marketing direct reports as well as a team of cross-functional members in Technology, Product and Pricing, and Marketing Communications.

Bachelor's Degree in technical or marketing discipline required
3-5 years prior experience in commercial leadership
Experience leading cross-functional product development innovation program(s), with proven capability to collaborate with other functions to ensure alignment across product technology, go to market execution, and business results
Ability to balance strategy with the day-to-day details to execute high-quality choices quickly
Deep desire for continuous learning
Rotated through at least 2 of the following (at Eastman or similar roles at a prior company)
Market Development Manager
Strategy Manager
Product Manager
Sales Manager
