Job Details:
Job Title: HBITS-07-14741 - Business Analyst with Siebel CRM, Government Agency Experience and (CBAP or Scrum Master Certification)
Duration: 30 months
Location: Delmar, NY(Day 1 onsite)
Must Haves:
• Must have 10+ yrs of experience as a Business Analyst
• Must have 2 yrs of experience with Siebel CRM
• Must have experience working with the Government Agencies
• Must be CBAP or Certified Scrum Master
Requested Qualifications
• 84 months experience leading elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts.
• 60 months experience creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the “as-is” state and development of a “to-be process.
• 60 months of experience creating reports, presentations, and business cases and presenting information to leadership and/or other stakeholders.
• 48 months of experience creating user stories, test cases and test scripts to capture and track all requirements with experience tracking this work in a tool such as Monday.com
• 48 months of experience developing detailed prototypes using tools such as Axure or Figma
• 24 months of experience working with business users to gather requirements for Siebel CRM Case Management application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication.
• 24 months of experience working in State Government
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Business Analyst Certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PBA, or comparable)
• Scrum Master Certification
