Schedule: 12-hour rotating swing shifts (know the schedule a month in advance)
Training Schedule:
Week 1: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Week 2: Monday–Friday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Week 3: Transition to the 12-hour rotating schedule
Position Summary:
Join a leading glass manufacturing facility as a Pack & Select Associate. In this role, you'll inspect, sort, package, and prepare finished glass products for shipment while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift Information
Rotating swing shifts required, including 1st and 3rd shifts
Must be available to work 7 days a week as production demands require
Overtime available after 40 hours per week

Essential Responsibilities
Inspect finished glassware for defects, chips, cracks, and quality concerns.
Sort products according to quality specifications and customer requirements.
Package glassware safely and accurately to prevent damage during shipment.
Assemble cartons, prepare pallets, and label finished products.
Meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
Remove defective products and report quality concerns to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work collaboratively with production, quality, and warehouse teams.
Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations.
Qualifications
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable attendance, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
