We are seeking a Remodeling Sales Consultant to play a key role in our design-build process, meeting with homeowners, developing project plans, and guiding them from concept to completion.

As a Selections & Design Consultant, you'll be the face of Swank Builders, working directly with homeowners to design and estimate their remodeling projects. This is not just a numbers-crunching role, we need someone with an eye for design, a passion for customer service, and the ability to sell solutions that meet both function and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess their remodeling needs, build rapport, and develop project plans.
• Create design concepts and present remodeling solutions that align with client budgets and expectations.
• Prepare detailed estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with designers and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Guide clients through material selections, working alongside our Selections and Allowances Specialist.
• Maintain accurate records in Buildertrend or similar construction management software.
• Attend site visits as needed to oversee project feasibility and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling sales or design-build consulting
• Strong understanding of home construction, materials, and design principles
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners
• Outgoing personality with a natural ability to build relationships and close deals
• Proficiency in estimating and creating project proposals
• Knowledge of construction management software (Buildertrend a plus)
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
