Selective Interior Demolition Technician

Location: Arlington, TX 76006

A Day in the Role

Sunup in Arlington finds you on site, walking the interior with your crew lead. You stage barriers and safety signage, confirm utilities are addressed, and map out the sequence so work stays on schedule and on budget. Through the day, you dismantle interior elements of residential and commercial spaces using hand and power tools, separating materials, and keeping pathways clear. You maintain your tools, watch for hazards, and call out issues early to keep everyone safe. Debris and any hazardous materials are contained and removed in line with regulations. When the dust settles, your area is orderly, gear is inspected, and notes are logged for the next push.
