Order Selector / Warehouse Associate

Location: Charlotte
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Order Selector / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, labeling, palletizing, and staging products for shipment while operating warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

  • Operate warehouse equipment including:
    • Electric pallet jack
    • Forklift (stand-up reach truck or sit-down)
    • Cherry picker/order picker
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Use RF scanners and labels to track products
  • Build and wrap pallets for shipment
  • Move completed pallets to loading docks
  • Perform equipment safety checks before and after use
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures at all times
  • Assist with warehouse racking projects as needed

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Able to read and communicate in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to lift 40–60 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Must be able to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed

Work Environment

  • Warehouse with changing temperatures
  • Standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift
