Order Selector / Warehouse Associate
Location: Charlotte
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Order Selector / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, labeling, palletizing, and staging products for shipment while operating warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Operate warehouse equipment including:
- Electric pallet jack
- Forklift (stand-up reach truck or sit-down)
- Cherry picker/order picker
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Use RF scanners and labels to track products
- Build and wrap pallets for shipment
- Move completed pallets to loading docks
- Perform equipment safety checks before and after use
- Follow warehouse safety procedures at all times
- Assist with warehouse racking projects as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Basic math skills
- Able to lift 40–60 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed
Work Environment
- Warehouse with changing temperatures
- Standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift
