Warehouse Selector

Location: Boise, ID (Onsite)

Schedule: Full-time, Night Shift (Sunday Friday, 5 days/week), 5:30 PM 2:00 AM (30-minute unpaid lunch). Overtime on Fridays as needed; shifts may extend until 5:00 AM based on workload.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Selector to support warehouse operations by accurately selecting, picking, packing, and moving products in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires operating warehouse equipment, building customer orders, and working in refrigerated, freezer, and ambient warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack (EPJ) and/or forklift
• Use RF scanners to process and track inventory
• Organize and palletize products for shipment
• Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment tasks
• Load and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory and order records
• Follow warehouse safety and quality standards
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Required Skills

• 2 3 years of relevant warehouse or related experience
• Experience operating a ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
• Experience using handheld RF scanners
• Order picking and packing experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 10 75 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs)
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10 12 hours
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, and reach up to 72 inches
• Comfortable working in refrigerated, freezer, and ambient warehouse environments

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year operating an electric pallet jack or forklift
• 1+ year of warehouse, military, or other physically active work experience
• 1+ year of order selection experience
• 2+ years of consistent work history
