Selector/ Picker

Fulfillment Strategies International is seeking a Selector/ Picker to join our growing team.

• Responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Selects specific items from inventory based on customer orders and arranges them in a designated area.
• Operates pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment to move pallets or navigate the warehouse.
• Constructs and secures pallets with the selected items, ensuring proper weight distribution and stability.
• Assists with inventory checks, cycle counts, and maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Fast-paced, repetitive function.
• Attention to detail required.
• Ability to adhere to standard safety regulations and guidelines.
• May assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Must have general written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This position is in a warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure during the workday.
