The organization offers the stability of an established builder while maintaining a collaborative, family-oriented culture focused on employee growth and long-term success.Job DescriptionManage self-perform construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee daily operations within fabrication and production shops. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production schedules. Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely delivery of fabricated components. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and cost control initiatives. Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination activities. Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Develop work plans and production schedules aligned with project milestones. Maintain quality control standards across shop and field operations. Enforce safety standards and best practices. Experience managing self-perform work, fabrication operations, or specialty trades. Strong understanding of commercial construction practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities in both field and office environments. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project controls. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency reviewing construction documents and coordinating project execution.What's on OfferCompetitive compensation package-up to $150K base salary, dependent on previous relevant experience.
