    • Responsible for directly communicating estimate status and critical issues to clients and trade partners.
    • Supports the preconstruction manager to ensure client deliverable dates and RFP requirements are met.
    • Manages and tracks historical cost data on past pursuits, and maintains current cost data in our databases.
    • Ability to evaluate and level bids received by subcontractors and confidently present the "best value" subcontractor to the client.
    • Participates in constructability reviews to identify constructability issues, drawing discrepancies, VE options, etc.
    • Assists with estimating hand-off to project teams and supports project start-up and trade procurement.
    • Open to learning and estimating additional scopes over time, including paint, concrete, or millwork.
    • Comfortable exploring AI or other new technology tools to improve estimating efficiency.

    Education / Experience Required:
    • 2-5 years of estimating experience, ideally with framing and drywall scopes.
