Market Director, Technology Staffing – New York / New Jersey (Edison, NJ)
7–10 years staffing industry experience required Are you a staffing leader looking for your next opportunity? Our client is a long-established, nationally recognized staffing and solutions firm known for organic growth and a growing solutions/SOW capability. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to take ownership of an established NY/NJ market and drive new growth.
What you will do:
- Own market revenue, growth strategy, and client expansion across staffing and solutions/SOW
- Personally drive new client development and senior-level relationships
- Lead, coach, and develop a local team in an established market
- Partner with delivery to ensure execution, retention, and growth
- Build pipeline, forecast accurately, and manage performance against goals
What we're looking for:
- Proven staffing sales leadership with measurable market growth results
- Strong client-facing presence; can operate at VP/C-level when needed
- A "player/coach" profile with a bias for hunting and leading from the front
- Credible ability to sell both staffing and solutions/SOW (or a clear path to it)
