What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Run service calls start to finish like a pro
- Educate homeowners and confidently present repair and upgrade options
- Deliver 5-star experiences that drive repeat business and reviews
- Drive a company van servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville
- Step up to mentor newer techs when needed
Requirements
What You Bring
- MN Journeyman Plumbing License (State of Minnesota)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong residential service background
- Confidence selling repairs, replacements, and upgrades
- Willingness to handle service, installs, and branch-line drain work
- Professional, customer-first mindset
