Selling Project Manager– EL PASO DIVISION

We are seeking a motivated and driven Selling Project Manager. This position combines sales, customer service, estimating, and project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be able to generate business, manage projects from start to completion, and maintain strong communication with customers, subcontractors, and office staff.
This role is designed for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate and close residential and commercial roofing/construction projects
  • Develop relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, property managers, and referral partners
  • Conduct property inspections and assist customers through the insurance claims process
  • Prepare estimates and project scopes using Xactimate
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with customers
  • Meet sales and production goals
  • Manage projects from contract signing through completion
  • Coordinate with office staff, scheduler, subcontractors, crews, and suppliers
  • Schedule production, deliveries, and inspections
  • Monitor project progress, quality control, and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve jobsite issues and customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and profitably
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and project files
  • Upload required documentation into insurance and TPA portals
  • Assist with collections and final paperwork as needed
  • Provide project updates to management and office staff

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with strong sales ability
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience using Xactimate required
  • Roofing or construction experience preferred
  • Insurance restoration experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

COMPENSATION:
  • $750 weekly base pay plus commission
