Industry-Leading CPM (Based on Experience):
0 to 4.9 Years: $0.80 CPM
5 to 5.9 Years: $0.82 CPM
6 to 6.9 Years: $0.84 CPM
7+ Years: $0.86 CPM
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500.00 to launch your transition.
Extra Cash: $30.00 per backhaul.
Paid Onboarding: A 1-week ride-along training period alongside a fleet veteran, paid at a flat $150/day.
Job Details:
The Schedule: You are home every other day for your 10-hour reset (3 to 4 times a week total).
The Shift: Deliveries hit early in the morning. You will be driving primarily at night so your 10-hour break is complete right when the store doors open.
The Runs: 3 loads per week on average (~1,110 miles weekly) with 3 to 5 stops per route. Weekend and holiday shifts are a standard part of the rotation.
The Gear: Premium, late-model International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors.
Qualifications:
Experience: You must have at least 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
Parking: You must have a verified, secure parking spot lined up for both the truck and trailer during your home time.
Stamina & Attitude: You need the physical grit to handle heavy unloading, and the professionalism to deal politely with store managers during early morning deliveries.
