Semi-Local CDL-A Dedicated Night Driver — NO TOUCH FREIGHT 

If you want to step away from long-haul OTR runs that keep you away for weeks at a time, we have open seats on a dedicated fleet hauling temperature-controlled freight. This run gives you frequent home time throughout the week while maintaining a steady, predictable schedule.

Pay & Benefits

Average Weekly Earnings: Drivers gross between $1,200 and $1,300 weekly.

Pay Structure: Earn a flat rate per load + $10.00 per stop + $0.11 per mile.

Incentives: Driver performance bonus program available.

Route, Schedule & Home Time

Home Time: Home every other day. Schedule includes taking required 10-hour breaks on the road and returning home for 34-hour weekly restarts.

Weekly Mileage: Averages 1,600 to 2,400 miles per week.

The Route: Regional store deliveries across Central Florida, extending into Georgia and South Carolina.

The Shift: Dedicated Night Shift. Late afternoon start times ranging from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with main driving hours running overnight from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Freight Handling: No physical unloading required, store dock personnel handle live unloads.

The Routine: Weekly layovers are expected. You get home every other day, with potential for two days off mid-week.

Equipment: Slip-seat setup required.

Weekends & Holidays: Weekend dispatch is standard, and holiday shifts are mandatory.

Requirements to Qualify

Hiring Radius: Must live within 35 miles of Zip Code 32926 (Cocoa, FL area).

Experience: Trainees with a valid Class A CDL are accepted. Experienced tier requires 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer history.

Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card. No special endorsements needed.

Fleet Type: Solo company drivers only (no teams or owner-operators).

Screening: Clean driving record and passing a mandatory drug screen.
