Position Details

Position Details:

• Driver will make deliveries of auto parts in dry van trailers to Freightliner dealerships in AZ, TX, NV, NM, UT, and CA

• Delivery windows are all night/early morning

• Account deliveries are the same and static for dealer appointments

• Delivery locations include, but are not limited to:

• Phoenix, Kingman, Tucson, and Flagstaff in AZ

• Las Vegas, NV

• Albuquerque and Farmington in NM

• El Paso TX

• Hurricane UT

• Fontana and Fowler in CA

• At the receiver, the driver will offload freight using electric pallet jack and lift gates

• Driver will be required to reload the trailer with auto parts after unloading the trailer

• Driver is required to check each pallet for damage

• Driver must enter arrival and unload times at the customer site

• Deliveries are unattended

• Safety and on time service are critical

• Driver will be required to do drop/hook shuttle runs and assist other drivers with transloading pallets

Special Requirements:

• Driver is required to assist other JBI/DCS accounts in the area
• Driver must be comfortable with night time driving

Truck Info:

• Automatic Sleeper Trucks

• Freightliners

• Trucks are assigned

• Driver will be required to slip seat if truck is down for maintenance

• Trucks must be left at the account for time off

• Cent per mile rate: $0.72 -$ 0.74
• Stop pay: $15.00 per stop
• Regional load pay: $30 per load
• Detention pay: $18.00 Per Hour
• Safety training: $20 per hour
• New hire training period: $285.00 Per Day
• Holiday pay: $300.00 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $85,000
• Frequent home time
