What you’ll do:
Act as a guide and mentor for the team in the adoption and effective use of AI tools in architectural design.
Identify opportunities to optimize existing workflows using AI across design and documentation processes.
Advise on how to enhance the use of current software (Revit, SketchUp, Enscape) through AI integrations and tools.
Help design and implement internal programs, guidelines, and training sessions focused on AI in architecture.
Collaborate with the team to apply AI solutions to real projects and ongoing design challenges.
Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and trends in architecture and design, and translate them into practical use cases.
Support industrial and office projects, primarily focused on exterior design (industrial buildings, warehouses, distribution and transportation facilities).
What you must have:
A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in architecture.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in the architectural or design field.
Strong knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape.
Advanced English communication skills.
Ability to analyze existing workflows and propose AI-driven improvements.
Experience mentoring, training, or guiding teams (formally or informally).
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way.
A great plus:
Experience with D5 and advanced visualization workflows.
Background in industrial or office architecture projects.
Experience creating structured training programs or internal documentation.
Interest in long-term collaboration and team growth.
