Our Vermont-based client is looking for a Semi Senior Construction Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity with involvement across all pre-construction phases.     What you’ll do:

    • Act as a key partner within the client’s team, representing the company confidently in client-facing meetings and presentations.

    • Lead and support pre-construction activities, including site data gathering, documentation, and early-stage coordination.

    • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants (up to 8 disciplines), managing technical inputs, documents, and agreements.

    • Translate 3D models and complex project information into clear, accurate construction documentation.

    • Prepare detailed cost estimates (structural, concrete, walls, and civil scopes).

    • Support bid processes, technical services, and coordination of site visits.

    • Manage and organize technical documentation without close supervision, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

    • Participate in strategic meetings related to implementation, planning, and construction management.

    What you must have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.

    • 3+ years of experience in construction management, pre-construction, or related roles (wood construction experience is highly valued).

    • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, and Bluebeam.

    • Solid experience in cost estimation and construction documentation (not a drafting-only role).

    • Advanced English level; fluent Spanish is a strong plus.

    • Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex technical information.

    • High level of autonomy, organization, and analytical thinking

    • Experience working with or for U.S.-based construction or engineering firms.

    • Availability to work flexibly and asynchronously, with openness to non-traditional meeting schedules.
