What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections on heavy-duty trailers.
- Diagnose and repair brake systems, suspension, wheel ends, air systems, and electrical components.
- Complete structural trailer repairs including doors, floors, roofs, cross members, rails, and landing gear.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and trailer rebuilds as needed.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure safe trailer operation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
- Heavy-duty trailer repair experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in diagnostics and repairs.
- Welding, fabrication, or carpentry experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Must provide your own tools and toolbox.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
