    Join a growing manufacturing division where precision printing powers new products and markets. In this role, you’ll lead the setup and production of a semi-automatic, non-textile graphic screen press—turning specs into flawless output while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

    Your impact

    • Set up & run: Configure and operate a semi-automatic graphic (non-textile) screen print press for repeatable, high-quality results.
    • Diagnose & optimize: Solve print defects; refine press mechanics to maintain registration, accurate color, and target cycle times.
    • Materials mastery: Utilize inks, print chemicals, and plastic substrates effectively.
    • Color & cure: Maintain color fidelity and verify correct curing using ultra-violet (UV) equipment.
    • Improve continuously: Identify risks and process enhancements; communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Care for assets: Maintain equipment and manage resources to maximize performance and ROI.
    • Protect people: Adhere to safety protocols and report risks, incidents, injuries, and near-misses immediately.
    • Build trust: Cultivate positive relationships with team members, vendors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
    • Guard information: Keep sensitive and proprietary details confidential.

    What it takes

    • Age 18+.
    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
    • Baseline understanding of the printing industry.
    • Tech fluency: Strong PC skills; quick to adopt new tools.
    • Quality mindset: Exacting attention to detail and uncompromising integrity.
    • Work approach: Self-directed, yet collaborative and team-focused.
    • Throughput focus: Able to prioritize, multitask, and meet strict deadlines.
    • Communication: Proficient in spoken and written English.
    • Inclusive outlook: Comfortable working within a highly diverse workforce and community.
    • Schedule agility: Willing to work non-standard hours, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Must be able to pass a background check.

    Preferred

    • 2+ years operating a graphic screen printing press.
    • Experience using calipers, densitometers, and/or spectrophotometers.
