We’re looking for a Semiconductor Wafer Processing Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll help manufacture semiconductor wafers by operating specialized equipment and following detailed production processes. You’ll work in a cleanroom environment alongside engineering and quality teams to help ensure products meet high standards for quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor semiconductor processing equipment used for photolithography, etching, deposition, cleaning, and inspection.
Follow established procedures and process instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
Perform inspections and measurements during production to verify wafers meet required specifications.
Record process data, equipment settings, and production information accurately in the manufacturing execution system (MES).
Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration to keep systems running efficiently.
Help identify equipment or process issues and work with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Follow all cleanroom, safety, and environmental procedures, including proper handling of materials.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve quality, efficiency, and yield.
Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to support smooth production operations.
Qualifications
Education
Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, semiconductor technology, or a related field is a plus.
Experience
Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar technical production environment is preferred.
Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Technical Skills
Ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes such as photolithography, etching, deposition, and cleaning is helpful.
Basic understanding of inspection and measurement tools is a plus.
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required cleanroom attire.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

N2 1900 – 0700 Every Wed, Thu, Fri, and every other Sat
