Are you passionate about supporting students with additional needs to thrive? We are looking for a proactive and dedicated SEND Officer to play a vital role in guiding students through their journey- from pre-enrolment to a successful college experience.
As a SEND Officer, you will be instrumental in supporting students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and additional needs. You'll act as a key point of contact, ensuring a seamless, supportive transition into college and ongoing success throughout their studies.
Key duties and responsibilities
  • Lead and chair EHCP review meetings, working collaboratively with curriculum teams and local authority partners to set clear, meaningful outcomes for students.
