Senior 3D Environment Designer

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and creative Senior 3D Environment Designer (m/f/x) to join our team and contribute to the development of anitya, a cutting-edge metaverse project. anitya is an innovative low code software that empowers users to design, gamify, and launch immersive multiplayer experiences with minimal development time. If you are a highly experienced 3D environment designer with expertise in Blender and/or other relevant tools, and possess a passion for creating captivating virtual worlds, this role is perfect for you!

Your Role:

• Lead the creation and design of stunning and immersive 3D environments for anitya, bringing virtual worlds to life that captivate and engage users.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including artists, developers, and designers, to conceptualize and execute visually striking environments that align with the project's vision.
• Develop and maintain an efficient pipeline for 3D asset creation, ensuring high-quality and optimized assets for seamless integration into the game engine.
• Iterate and refine environment designs based on feedback from the team and playtesting, ensuring a cohesive and immersive user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to push the boundaries of 3D environment design.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a 3D environment designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise and creativity.
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Blender and/or other relevant 3D design and modeling tools.
• Solid understanding of lighting, composition, texture creation, and other essential elements of environment design.
• Strong artistic and aesthetic sense, with the ability to create visually appealing and immersive virtual worlds.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
