  • Build and manage a robust pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing compelling pitches and proposals, and negotiating contracts that yield profitable, sustainable revenue
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, distributors, and strategic partners; source products and negotiate pricing
  • Own workflow, project timelines, and on-time delivery; lead client meetings and internal status calls
  • Create estimates, SOWs, invoices, schedules, and status reports; manage and track client budgets and billable hours
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively resolve issues
  • Provide regular sales reports to leadership demonstrating progress toward revenue targets and KPIs
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline operations, deliver efficiencies, and improve client satisfaction
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to bring clients valuable insights and surface new opportunities
  • Become proficient in operational systems including ASI, MAW Supply Chain, and Monday.com

  • Ability to budget, forecast, and track marketing spend and performance metrics
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
